The class covers changes of a growing family and appropriate interaction with the new baby. Siblings will participate in drawing, doll play, videos and stories. Information is presented to the parents on how to prepare and tips for the adjustment period with the older child. The last part of the class is labor and birth education for children whose parents are including them in the birth.

Participants will learn tips about breastfeeding, baby wearing, SIDS awareness, sleep patterns, why babies cry and how to create the best support network for baby's first days
